HOW LONG HAVE WE BEEN IN THE STUDENT RENTAL BUSINESS?        M. Michael L'Heureux has worked with students since 1966, assisting them in financing their educations and finding housing.  The internal workings of Hocking College and Ohio University are familiar territory to us.  L'Heureux Properties have rented to students and professionals since 1976.       Our primary concern is that we surpass the minimum requirements for health and safety.  We do our best to make houses functional for students while at the same time bringing wiring and plumbing to standards that will protect uninformed renters.      Providing quality housing to young people, as they pursue their college educations and careers, is satisfying for all of us at L'Heureux Properties.  We would be happy to assist you in finding housing.
